Warranty Coverage
Warranty Coverage Trans Glass provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for windshields installed by authorized service centers. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
Covered Conditions
- Road debris, impact from objects, or accidents.
- Natural disasters, including hail, storms, or earthquakes.
- Improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor chips and scratches.
- Stress cracks caused by structural issues unrelated to the windshield installation.
Warranty Claim Process To file a claim under this warranty
- Contact TransGlass customer service with proof of purchase and installation details.
- An authorized technician will inspect the windshield to determine eligibility.
- If the claim is approved, TransGlass will repair or replace the windshield at no cost to the customer.
